Soooo scarlet just pops up out of nowhere and then all the sudden takes everything over and after all that says there are bombs in the city..
Thats just the bone where is the meat anet? How did scarlet pop up and then take everything over without doing anything and how did the bombs get there without anyone else seeing them or her planting them?
