So after SEVERAL DAYS of waiting the info box finally claims that Frostgorge Sound is currently invaded. Obviously I IMMEDIATELY teleport there and NOTHING, NO INVASION!

The invasion was being held up by Jormag. If you had come to help us kill it, you could have watched it die and then crashed to desktop like the rest of us. Of course, re-logging in gets us once again to the non active overflow.

or……..you could try to guest to another server.

the map invaded is the same for all servers, so …try guesting to another server…. pick the low populated one…

I’ve seen Frostgorge quite a lot of times over the past few days. Plus every time I’ve went to a map for an event (with the exception of entering after the 10 minute mark) it’s worked for me. Sorry that you’ve had a bad experience, but you can’t blame ArenaNet for that when it works for pretty much everybody else.

Wait, did you really just say not to blame Anet for their servers?

This happened once on Bloodtide Coast as well. Extremely annoying, but at least the next time it triggered there it was working properly.

Guested to two medium population servers. The same situation on both of them!
