Why is the Holographic communicator soulbound I did the instance with an alt and now it is soulbound and I can`t give it to my main.

You can get another one if you join another players story instance.

No hotfix needed!
You can change your character and talk to that Asuran guy near the pavillon again. There you can ask him to give you the decive you don’t have on your current character.

This does not work for me. Instead he asks me if I have completed my tasks.

I did the speech on a lower level character and now I can’t progress. Annoying bug.
