I really want the clock work tonic, but all I see people do on maguuma is farm the champions. we’ve failed every event past day 1 because of this.

I need 7 more achievements, but I can’t get access to the dungeon because I need 5 more victories in 5 different areas to get access to the dungeon.

I also can’t rely on dailies to get it for that same reason, I would need 7 victories over 7 days to get access. (unless I get lucky and the next 7 are “kill X enemies of this type during the event”)

Sounds like you’re exaggerating a lot. Go guest on Blackgate during their peak hours. They’ll finish the invasion with 10-15 minutes to spare.

Also, a lot of the clockwork dailies do not require you to successfully complete an invasion.

Unless it is bugging out for you, you can get the achievements (including vorpp’s) even when failing the event. The only achievement that cannot be gotten via failure is the one to defeat scarlet during an invasion, obviously. I suppose it might be difficult to close 5 portals in 15 minutes if you can’t find a group that’s doing them efficiently but even then you should be able to get the meta. Otherwise just make sure you participate and are present at the end when rewards are doled out. If you’re not getting credit at that point, something is wrong (I say this as someone who got the vast majority of those achievements during failures. Only succeeded maybe 5 times, and have all of the invasion related achievements).

I’m 99% sure you don’t need to win for those achievements. And dailies are ‘Kill such a many pirates/Molten…’ so don’t really get your point there.

The latest daily is to kill scarlet during an invasion, so that one is an issue. But those should end up few and far between.
