Are you talking about the playhouse?
There are 3 fights against Scarlet, you only beat her after the third one.

If you’re talking about an invasion, you need to complete a twisted clockwork event.
The molten alliance and aetherblade don’t count for invasion credit.

If you left before seeing the end of the dungeon then you don’t get credit. Scarlet needs to be beaten 3 times. Look at the map and you will see a star where you need to go next. Essentially you keep going in a counter clockwise circle.

I think in the playhouse I was downed once and with the bug it didn’t give me anything. I went back with my guild and beat her again. got the rewards and the Achievements credits
