I bought 2 dyes one time and got only one, i opened a ticket and till now nothing was done about it. How can i trust them? They will probably ignore my karma problem too.

I used the vials, sips, tastes during the nerf, now they said they reverted already and people will be reimbursed. They will give the vials and tastes back? Or they will give you karma direct to your account?
Why are you guys thinking i’m the wrong here? They will give me karma with the 80% boost that i used?
Why would they give karma direct to your account, when you used the vials/sips/tastes/jugs to get karma. That wouldn’t solve the problem. They’re going to reimburse you with jugs(or other variety of Karma) so that you can reuse them and get the karma with the booster buff on.

Yes, this is what is not happening, but people here are calling me stupid and they don’t even know that i’m not the one wrong in being mad.
In the announcement there is nothing saying about ticket or something.

I was thinking more like they reimburse the jugs and then remove the karma he gained from using them.

Does it really matter how? Why panic over this at this point? If it goes straight to my account, great, don’t have to click. If it comes in jugs, great, I can put one more booster of each kind to good use.
They made a mistake, they are rectifying it. End of story as far as I am concerned.
