So the first time I did the playhouse, I died once or twice learning the final fight before getting it done.

I’ve since gone in twice and beaten it without dying, without going down and having to rally, nothing. And it’s still not giving me the achievement.

Can you only get this achievement on the first time or something? If so, the achievement description -really- needs to be updated to say such.

It worked for me. I got it the 2nd time through, using the 1st run to learn it & get both perfectionist & save faron achieves in 1 shot 2nd time. If your downed, that cancels the perfectionist achieve, even though it doesn’t say “downed” but “dead”.

One thing I did do though 2nd time, is leave the funhouse completely (leave bottom right button) then came back in so it would reset fully.

As Hebee.8460 said, you can’t be downed, either. Also, you need to sit through the npcs’ entire conversation at the end before the achievement pops up.
