What if Scarlet is Queen Jennah from an alternater reality? I mean she knows how to control the Watch knights and seem to know alot about the different races. And with what we have scene and the different theories popping up about the Steam Creatures,Aetherblades and it being confirmed that there is another reality it could make sense.
Maybe in her reality the dragons are dead and she is tired on how laid-back this reality is so she wants to do things her way but first she must eliminate Jennah to take power.
