So I’m wondering, with Scarlet doing tons of baddy stuff, far more than I see Faolin doing nowadays. (With Scarlet being so smart/evil, how is she not usurping Faolin btw)

With all the evil things she is doing, is she unintentionally helping the nightmare court? The nightmare court as we know, do evil things to corrupt the pale tree, so that they may be free of her grasp and Centaur and Human laws, then replace them with Sylvari laws.

With the pale tree being rumored to be a dragon lieutenant herself, do you think that all the evil taking place in this month’s updates by a sylvari could corrupt the pale tree enough to draw out the pale tree’s dragon, if she is indeed a lieutenant?

Oh, here we go, more theorycrafting which leads nowhere.
Can’t even think of any intresting theories after this miserable update. Because anyway you’ll get some random anime villain with no motive, who will do evil stuff. Why? Because zheerooha fanfic level plotwriters, that’s why. Eat some more boring events and drink pathetic dialogues.
How could you fail that amount of twists and exciting explanations for the things happening, Anet? How?

As far as we know, she isn’t from this Pale Tree. In Sylvari story that is established that there is another tree somewhere. As well when Ventari found the seed , there was more then one seed of the Sylvari Tree.

Except that she specificly mentioned THE Pale Tree in the closing ceremony. Mockingly.

I just wonder about the actual forces Scarlet has compared to, lets say, the Pact.

Maybe some of the Pale Trees are from Mordregoth, and Scarlet is basically the Dragon’s answer to Tyria defeating Zaithan – he’s attacking from within instead of using weird minions (which is kinda what the Nightmare Court does, too, and there’s a possibility that they are actually indirectly working for Mordregoth).

It’s hard to say, though. We know next to nothing about Scarlet.

Exactcly. So many good and exciting theories since living story has begun but they didn’t get me excited even 1% of the excitement I get reading those theories.

Probably time to stop theorycrafting because none of it ever comes true. It’s just shallow story over and over again.

it does get me pretty sad….though they say we will fight another elder dragon when the time is right and when it fits in the story…this could be a legit way to head back to dragons…IF she is a lieutenant
