Why is scanner item soulbound?
Why cannot we repeat Queen’s Speech event with multiple heroes?

I believe somebody said you could get one of the scanners for each character by talking to Vorpp, so you can definitely do it with multiple characters.

You can indeed get another by just talking to Vorpp, you dont even need to rewatch/redo the closing cerimony.
