The Battle of Divinity's Reach
I can’t find the art you’re talking about. Any links maybe?
Flying mounts confirmed?
Maybe it’s a sort of ship, which could be a way for ArenaNet to make the arena disappear…
Because I don’t see the point of having so many gears in a building. (of course, this might just be in order to hang the Queen’s Gauntlet arenas, but… too much mechanical)
Maybe the beginning of the new Pact expedition, in order to go kill another Dragon. Not saying the dragon is coming on August 20th but, maybe just like F&F, a series of Living World stories ending on the fight with an Elder Dragon.
That would kick kitten .
(but as we all know, this ain’t gonna happen)

Hi Grebo.
I was just wondering if you’ve been to the Crown Pavilion at all for the past week?
Cheers
I have been in there and got both mini pets… Look carefully at the picture and you will see an explosion from a shot which would of been from the air, damaged areas which is all nice and shiney for now and also the eagle has moving parts with one bit that looks like an engine of sorts.
It is fun to climb on that bird’s head and jump down to the pavilion. Just remember to put city clothes on and you dont get killed. Your character looks funny when she/he is falling down all the long way until loading screen comes.
The thing I don’t like about the Infinity Ball theory is that 7 of my 8 characters didn’t invent it. I wouldn’t like such a central plot of the Living Story to be founded on such a specific Personal Story option. One of the problems with the Personal Story was a lot of the plot developments and characters that you came across later in the game were founded on story options that other players had made but you didn’t.

Another factor against the theory is that Anet is avoiding altering things that are seen in the Personal Stories because new players haven’t played them yet. This also applies utilizing elements of personal story as it makes it appear one story is canonical over the others. It makes those players who picked that particular story seem to be in the spotlight when in MMO’s the players are in the background being the nameless adventurers who solve the problems of the named characters.
Chaos always finds a way, who you think Evil learned it from?
Ever heard of fireworks? :P
Or what a concept art is. They wanted to make the picture to ‘have more life’ probably.
And i wouldn’t think a ships that’s majority is glass would be good for battle.
Fear The Crazy [Huns]
Well they are not avoiding to show off more steam creatures during the escorts ballon missions which were from that alternative dimension.

From A alternative reality where a Asura has become the “Grand High Sovereign”. If we going to include alternative realities into the equation than it is logical to assume that there are infinity number of alternative dimensions where these Steam Creatures were built not by an Asura but by Charr, Humans, Norn, Sylvari, or even one of the other races that are not playable. Perhaps in one such reality the Steam Creatures were built by the Skritt and the “Grand High Sovereign” is not a single entity but many.
Unfortunately the problem with including alternative realities, or time travel in general, is the story suffers greatly for it. Now if they were indeed from a alternative dimension, connected via the Mists, than it would be much more interesting as it doesn’t involve a possible future but rather another world similar to ours.

The story doesn’t need to go to an alternate reality to access steam creatures. They have already crossed over into our world. All the story needs at this point is a character in this world that can either reverse engineer the steam creatures to make more, or harness the ones already here.
PLOT twisted!
Turned out that bird is a giant watchknight.
During to queen’s speech it will morph into ZHAITAN!!
I also donĀ“t see an explosion or anything remotely resembling a fight there.
Seems more like just some artsy concepty thing. Though I like it.
That said, having high hopes for the Battle of DR. Especially with culling removed.
Fun fact: Within the upper levels of the Pavilion (not inside the instance but the area of DR, you can go into those 2 loops – those’re the upper levels of the Pavilion), you can find a series of closed doors on the lower of the two. Most are flat sheets of meta, some are double-doors and you can see through the cracks to see some kind of room behind…
What’s behind these doors and why have them closed?
Stop treating GW2 as a single story. Each Season and expansion should be their own story.
