Guild Wars 2

Description says it will teleport me to a random place.

Got one from a bag so I used it.

Got knockdowned, skills got cooldown (like knockdown from mobs), and I’m still at the same place. Lost the portal. I didnt see anything else.

Is it supposed to be like that? o_0

You experienced a dud.
I was looking around this forum for some more info and there a tread of someone opening 50 of them to see the fail/success ratio.

It’s rarely fails apparently, but doesn’t seem to teleport you to any special event place either.
