made it to the event within 10 minutes
Seomtimes the event starts a bit sooner, sometimes a bit later than the “clock”. It’s “10 minutes” after the even pops in your server, not 10 minutes after the hour.
Never wait until the last minute!
I, with a small group, can keep the eventless overflow going on indefinitely, around the clock…1 minute past the hour, 10 minutes past the hour… it makes no difference. ArenaNet has yet to provide a solution to this problem.
they don’t have a solution. they made an event that is designed to have everyone do it, yet doesn’t have the room to hold them. they could have just kept the events rolling in the overflow servers. hell, there was at least 40 of us sitting in it.
