Tried to do Arah story mode and it appears to bug out, can’t get on the chopper?

Guildy has had this happen to him multiple times.

I was able to complete this on another character months ago but seems broken now.

Yeah, Arah still breaks down occasionally in this spot.

Not sure what they can do, ArenaNet’s Content Designer Robert Hrouda has asked us for information before, but can’t seem to fix it.

Since it happens in the same spot so often, maybe they can make a giant cutscene after the fight which breaks the dungeon.

Right now, I think it is:
fight —> cutscene --> player loots chest —> cutscene (or dungeon breaks)

Maybe they can do:
fight —> autoloot --> giant cutscene —> port player to next part

Unfortunately, it looks like you have to try again and hope the dungeon gets reset.

Try the next day. I tried resetting the dungeon the same day, but the dungeon broke in the same spot.

Or you might have better luck trying this on another server, as their version of the dungeon might be functional.
