“Knock out the three Ministry Guards so Demmi and Tybalt can descend to the street.”

For some reason, there is only two Ministry Guards.
Result : I’m not able to finish the mission or continue the quest.
Any solution ?

The Guard is invisible. Happened to others too, here’s the dev response from Jeff himself:
