When doing the personal story line quest I completed “Against the Corruption,” in doing so I chose the Legendary Map option. It then led me to the Quest – Romke’s Final Voyage. However, in this quest it leads me to Durmand Priory in Lornars pass, I can’t even get to the instance because the gate is locked and the guard standing next to the door tells me “this area is under construction."
I then looked the quests up and in the personal story they advance like so>

Against the Corruption
The Source of Orr
To Zhaitan
Cathedral of Silence
Romke’s Final Voyage

As you might notice, I have obviously missed out on 3 quests, evidentially, this might have glitched the Romke’s Final Voyage for me.

Any ideas guys, would be appreciated.

When I had this quest, it led me from Lion’s Arch into Gendarran Fields. It wanted me to enter the portal in the Under Construction area of the Vigil’s HQ.

Here’s what you have to do. Travel to a waypoint in Orr. Then the map will finally show you the green destination star which is in Orr. For some reason the destination star does not appear on your map unless you are in Orr. Probably a bug.
