Hey guys, I have a computer setup that lends itself to occasional internet disconnections. My question is this: why is it that when I lose my connection with the server during personal story missions, I have to restart the whole mission? Since GW1 had a feature that allowed players like me to re-establish our connections and continue the mission without issue, it seems illogical that GW2 would not. I had to repeat the “forging the pact” mission 7 times so far, I disconnected 3 times, and my game crashed due to errors (of unknown cause) 4 times (always 1/2 way through or during the final boss fight)I still have not completed this mission, and it seems like there is no reason that I should have to start from the beginning each time. Why isn’t this feature from GW1 already in the game? Is it a design philosophy thing (if so, it was an extremely poor decision in my opinion) or is it somehow more difficult to implement in the new game? Or did we just forget about it? :P
