That’s a known issue that will be fixed in the Wintersday content update.
the personal story might have bug…. i was hylek line, when I did my story"through the looking glass". I found after the first dialogue (Trahearn, Cary and Tegen) the eye didn’t appear in the next scene, and the mirror didn’t break. the step is wrong, battle was not happening either……. I didn’t know what is going on. I try to transfer the server and log out to restart the story, but it didn’t work.
Wait until you get to the bug about 3 hours into the Arah instance where the NPCs stop working.
