go to talk to the guy but all he says is vigil quotes, looked at youtube video and it seems he’s supposed to be dead. If anyone’s done this one could you tell me what im doing wrong or is it just bugged. Im on maguuma server
It’s a known bug, the NPC is in multiple events and the completion of any of them should reset him. It should be fixed in the next content update (end of January).
