Guild Wars 2

I’ve read that the when fighting the Eye of Zhaitan he mentions Forgal. Is this true, and if so which mission is it? (since it splits into two paths). Also, are there any other missions that mention Forgal? Hoping that he doesn’t become another character that is setup, and then forgotten.

in the very last mission before going to defeat Zhaitan, you fight his “main” eye which mentions forgal as a taunt to you if you are vigil, I imagine it probably mentions which ever order companion you had.
