Guild Wars 2

Hi Guys. I’m on my 6th level 80 now but I haven’t been able to completely finish any personal story for them. I’m getting some time off and I decided that I’ll complete at least one personal story to get a better feel of the lore/back stories.

Just wondering, is it something that I can do in say 2 days at 5 hours a day? Do I need to party up at some point? I’m going to use my ranger and I’ll be waypointing to all locations by the way.

It is quite long.
I do not think you can do it fully in just 10 hours, but the time depend on quite a few factors, such as which branches chosen and such.

There will be one point when you need to team up, and that is the very last mission, which require you to finish a Story Mode in a Dungeon.

There are 50 story-instances. Each instance takes on average bout 20 minutes (some longer, some smaller). So thats bout 17 hours work.
This is off course excluding all the traveling done to get to the starting locations and assuming your paying for waypoints.

All can be done solo except the final step, wich is a dungeon Keep in mind that one takes roughly 2 hours depending on the team.

2 Hours would be a worst case scenario. In a somewhat decent group, or with people who have done it before, you should be able to do it in ~1 hour.

Ouch. I guess I need to spend more time with this story thing then.

The biggest problem I’m seeing is the last dungeon. I might be spending more time trying to look for a group than being inside the dungeon.

Naw, just use gw2lfg.com. Shouldn’t take long to find a party.

Yip I know,

I was thinking to allready type that the obvious show off would show it’s face to tell they are so awesome they can do quicker. Guess what?? So can I and I did it in 35 minutes actually.

I’m not trying to be a show off but giving the OP a reasonable estimate. Anything faster would mean benefit for the OP.

The story feels longer when you meet Traherne

Crome, I too dislike Trahearne, but there is really no need to dig up a 9 day old post to express your dislike. There are designated threads in here and in the lore section. No need for this kind of repeat.
