my only prob with the Human story is that’s its sooooo much not me lol

my character is a super goody moody avenge every innocent death type of person.

and when you character says at the beginning intro that you aren’t doing it for attention or fame or something like that ? my kitten of curse im doing it for fame and to be a a bad kitten necromancer..

the whole story personality what my character have is soooo out of place compared to the character that I created and want to play that I hate the story bicous of this…..

he always agrees with everything….
he ALWAYS feels sory for someones death….
you Always only can choose good stuff in the story….

Anet if you EVER continue the story give our characters some kitten moments choises where you can Save something OR search something that makes you or your team powerful not just save save save save……..

and some momments where our character don’t agree with EVERYHING ???
and goes on doing his own things bicous of this ?

Same with me. I imagined my charr engi as a steampunk barbarian. Personal Story made him a boy scout.

You will never be able to know what an engineer is going to do next…

Commanders have their own ideas, but are frequently given plans and ideas by their lieutenants. That’s how ranks work.

YES. I vaguely remember having to choose between saving a hospital or an orphanage, and the other was gonna burn, but that seems to be the ‘darkest’ choice to be made… The Personal Story does seem to be your character’s path to becoming a hero, and most heroes aren’t villains, but even the choices you make in your PS don’t really have a big impact on latter PS missions…

you can be a hero without being a dummy and a super goodymoody guy….

non of that 2 choises was our Character idea it was THEIR idea we just choosed from them….

Actually, the darkest decision I found in the personal story is the “hidden” option to kill or pardon Pyzor. You've already defeated him, he's down on the ground ... and you're allowed to skewer him through the chest nonetheless.

It’s the only time I felt like my character was allowed to do something morally ambiguous, if not outright evil.

im basically waiting for a Story where our character Leaves the pact or the Pact gets destroyed and our char goes on his OWN way to defeat the next big bad guy….

they are the ones that created our characters Personaility not us the players in our head.

in SWtor at least you can choose and modify the personaility of your char to your liking.

The player character is void of any personality or attitude what so ever. Arguably the worst character in the whole game. My dark and vile necromancer is the sweetest person on the planet in any of the cut scenes, and it bothers me to no end. I wish I could give my own flavor to the dialogue, or that my max ferocity affected the style of dialogue in any way.

I have full ferocity, and zero in the other two. And still I’m a goody-two-shoes. That is seriously breaking my immersion.

my problem with the personal story isn’t just the whole rainbow and sunshine crap, it’s also the whole ignorance about a personal story.
it’s nothing more then a pre-determined path full of cut screens, i can just as much rent a movie and be done with it.
SW:ToR has an environment to it, a personal touch, a control over your character.
you can even, when the outcome isn’t what you like, cancel the cut screen and redo it to get a better outcome.
