Q:

The first step of my mission is to meet Thackeray and Anise at the Ministry.
The guards push me back and knock down. (a screen shot attached)
How I can get in to see them to continue my personal storyline.
Do I have to do anything before I came to see them?

Logan and Anise are above you. There’s a stairway to your right that leads above to a chamber above the Ministerial sanctum, which is off-limits to outsiders.
