New story rewards in Hero panel after 28-1?

Those have been there since release, they’re just additional flavor text for the journal.
After the update of 28-01-2013 I noticed that in the Story tab in the Hero panel for some missions a reward is displayed next to the text of a certain mission. If you look for example at the mission Retribution you see a “Lion’s Arch Banner” as a reward displayed next to the mission’s description.
I was wondering if anyone knows what these are? Because I never received these things as a real in-game item.
