Guild Wars 2

Hey guys.

I’ve been wondering how it works with personal story mode and partying with some friends.

We are all the same race but some of us has finished personal story, and others have just started doing them, so 1) are we able to join them and vice versa?
2) Also, whilst DPS are higher as a group – will the mobs HP also increase thereby?
I heard that was the case somewhere but really wanted to get it confirmed here.

I hope you guys can help me understand it before I join my mates to destroy their fun

1. A level 80 character who has finished their personal story can join a personal story for a fresh out of character creation level 2 personal story.

2. It will scale to some degree, but not too much.
