Personal Story "Accusation" bugged?

Please post this is in the Bugs forum, this isn’t strictly story-related. (i.e. not something I can fix.)
Every time I try to enter the instance to warn the Queen for Accusation, the load screen locks up and freezes. I have to close the game client and restart the game. I’ve tried lowering all of the graphics just to make sure it wasn’t that.
