I get annoyed with the personal story and will leave it off for a long time then go back and try again. My ele is level 80 and only to retribution (level 59 step).
So- first try-the story crashes on me. Submit the crash report and start again.
Second try – the second siege weapon builds right on top of me. I’m stuck and there is no way to get out. Submit the bug report with screenshot and am going to retry again. The sad part is, I’m having no trouble with dying, etc. Off to try again. 
My suggestion/request: could you put a waypoint inside the personal story retribution? OR put in some kind of unstuck method that doesn’t require you completely starting over?
It wont happen to me again because I know where not to stand but for future players.
