So yeah, I noticed nothing really changes in normal PvE after I completed the story for a month now. Except a couple of extra dialogs on NPCs.
But.. Yesterday I was in Sparkfly Fen, escorting a new toon of a friend’s through to get the page. Then something I’ve never seen before happened.

A Risen popped up from no where and says to me;
“Come and join Tybalt.” (or something along this line)
WHAT!?!?
Then I proceeded to kill him as fast as I could cuz of rage from my love for Tybalt. Didn’t even take a screenshot.
After that I asked if the other two in my party saw that, they said they do. And the risen said Tybalt on their screen too. Even though one of them is level 19 and another has Vigil story.

So yeah, nicely played anet.. Nicely played..
Anyone else encountered something along this line? It’s a pretty good addition IMO. But I still don’t like risens rubbing it in my face about Tybalt.

I haven’t seen anything in normal PvE, but it did come up in a later mission, and it was a well-played gut punch.

My character was not happy, and was even more determined to pummel that thing for daring to use her mentor’s name like that.

Yeah i saw that too, It said Risen Commander, and said come sleep beside Seiren etc, i’m in the priory and yep i killed him in seconds not even sure what it was about but there are a lot of buggy quests and even quest lines removed (quaggan one on the same map) so who knows at this point..

What area of Sparkfly Fen was this? (Which waypoint were you near?) I’d like to go see this too and will screencap it for the thread if I can reproduce it.

Right after I came from Bloodtide Coast. (North of Braggi’s Stead waypoint)
