I am just wondering (and it would be great if a dev could maybe drop a hint or two if they had the time) about housing and whether it will be implemented in Guild Wars 2 in the future. I am a huge fan of MMOs and especially GW2, however I have never had the chance to experience housing in this genre and I find that home instances are a great chance for GW2 to have that. I am hoping that sometime in the future Guild Wars 2 gets that feature. However after searching through the forums, reddit and google, I got very little information in regards to what Anet’s current view is and whether they have any plans to introduce housing and guild halls into the game (the last post with any info in regards to this topic is something like three months old). Thanks!
It will be implemented, maybe in the form of player housing, but DEFINITELY in the form of Guild Housing at a later date™.
They want the game to be good before they release fancy shmancy things like this.
