If i wait, say, 10 lvls with doing a story quest. Will the reward i get be smaller or will it upscale to the current lvl?

i think it upscales to current level i dont know havent try it out before test it yourself.

It’s basically the same as when you do open world PvE events in low level zones; You get less experience. I think it was 27% of a level if you do it on-level and about 17-18% of a level if you outlevel it by a fairly good margin.

But that 10% difference really isn’t anything to worry about. Just do one extra PvE event and you’re back on track.

Though, the gear rewards don’t scale AFAIK. But considering most of the gear rewards are relatively crappy compared to what you can get from the AH for very little money, that doesn’t matter one bit :P

Yeah.. I like to wait every 10 levels or so (20, 30, 50, so on) before I run a section of the personal story. It gives me about 2 levels for all of them. And as Kobal said, rewards don’t scale with your own level – they’re set at what they are. Still, you can get somewhat hard-to-find items from the Personal Story if you are willing to wait until you can run different sections of it.

Nifty weapons and armour for transmutes, once in a while.
