Guild Wars 2

Is this human level 72 story quest broken or am i just missing something? (not sure which faction because i randomized most of the character selection)
The quest starts out normal, meet npc, cutscene, kill a few things, then i’m stuck with a couple of things to click that do nothing.
Tried a couple times to reset and retry the quest because that has seemed to generally work for other bugged quests, its just hard to tell since most higher level stuff seems to be broken or was at some point(not hating, kitten happens).
Getting alittle annoyed swimming in circles trying to guess if its bugged or not, although with my luck its probably something right under my nose and i’m just having one of those kitten moments. Any friendly help/advice would be appreciated.

The majority of this quest is to navigate the underwater ruins. Order doesn’t matter anymore, your past the point of caring for that.

If you are getting stuck after the first encounter, you need to swim out and in the central ‘circle’ there will be a small ‘circular tunnel’ that you have to swim through to get the next part, explore the ruins a bit if you get lost. If you could be more specific about which part your getting stuck on I can try to provide more details.

thanks for the reply cobalt. i did manage to finish the quest just now, had given up and took a break. It turns out it was in fact a (minor) bug. i was stuck at the very beginning of the quest, where the first risen enemies spawn, took a couple more tries but im pretty sure i was just unable to click the shrine because one of the enemies was behind the playable geometry, only reason i suspect this is because on the 2nd to last try one of them was half in half out, so i couldn’t progress because i hadn’t cleared the enemies, and i believe the reason it was happening was because i was charging in to fight them, instead of letting them come out of that tiny tunnel that first opens up.
