Guild Wars 2

Lots of goo all around, seemingly endless waves of undead and my Guardian with either a 2 Handed Sword or a Mace + Shield.

Any sort of strategy? I don’t recall having any sort of issue with my Elementalist or Ranger, but it’s been a long time.

nm. guess you have to sneak all the way down to the water and sneak up when there’s no goo and red marks and rez her before all the other nasties get mad.

no need to sneak down , or fight as all you do is run to the wall at the beachhead and jump down rez Mira avoiding contact then run back up the hill bypassing the fight don’t get involved that’s the secret

It seems endless because it is endless. Those mobs will never stop spawning. Don’t fight them unless it tells you to, just run through and do your objectives.

And leave your mentor to die, sinche (s)he wont stop fighting the endless mobs.

…thats kind of the theme of that mission :P

Most of Claw Island is accomplished by ignoring the mobs and going for the objective, be it Mira or the signal fire or whatever. If you very much enjoy fighting lots of undead, by all means fight away—Many people love the Claw Island battles and I hope they chime in with a better solution, but the only way I could do it was to ignore the undead, ignore my dying comrades, and skip to the end.
