Guild Wars 2

I’m doing personal story quest ‘Forging the Pact.’ I’m in Lion’s Arch and I’m supposed to read Trahearne’s letter, but there is nothing on the map to guide me to where the letter is (It’s not in my inventory). Can anyone tell me what I need to do to find and read this letter?
