I am kinda kitten about this. The story rewards are completely worthless. Take the armor sets for example: by the time you get to the last piece of the set the first piece is worthless; and thats only if you complete your story as you level. Lord forbid you come back to do your story once you have leveled, because at that point the reards are completely worthless. But I can stomach that, its the end of story reward that kills me. I do the entire story and then at the end I get 3 worthless greens to merch…awesome. What was wrong with the GW1 model where we got a token we could turn in for a unique end of story item? Why wasn’t that model used here or something equivalent? Why am I rewarded at the end of my story with what comes out to about 5s in crap I will never use?

TL;DR: The end of story rewards should be stuff we can actually use, items we choose and can carry with us, not 3 loot bags with random greens.

Anet already announced this a few weeks ago but they’re going to revamp the End Story reward to be like GW1 with a End Personal Story Token that you must trade with a End Story Merchant to obtain exclusive unique looking weapons you can only obtain 1 per character for completing the Personal Story Act for that character.
