So there’s this mission where the priory is being attacked by risen and you can enter the Priory vaults. I’d like to know if there is any way to get back in there after the mission?

Yes there is.

Go to the heart of the priory (skillpoint in the center). Around there are trapdoors in the floor (near the walls). When walking over one off them (If I remember right the one to the south) you get an option to enter.

It is also possible to get there before the mission. There are some very interesting books in the library

The Vigil allows entry off there ‘inner’ instance as well, but as the priory vault some parts are restricted. In case off the vigil its the two rooms at the back. In case of the order its the college-hall.

The chantry off whispers is an all instance keep (no part off it in the open world) that is also open for all, but have an inner sanctum thats closed for non members.
