1 minute cool down for Event Boss's reset
This sounds like a suggestion to me.
Currently playing Heart of Thorns.
Sorry but no from me. Would lead to exploitation. A player would log in bring boss down to 1% HP, relog on another char at a lower level, WP in and kill for rewards. Its already happening in dungeons, to let it happen in the open world would be a bad idea.

True but that’s only possible because your with a party and that mostly happens because most players only let level 80s do explorable mode dungeons.
Also when a player switches by the time they get to the same location1 minute would have passed so theirs a less chance of this getting exploited like it is done in a dungeon.
or just make sure that this will only count as long as the character is online, when you log out with your character it go’s back to max health again.
People don’t realize the longer the game is out the easier everything becomes. They already got Tome of knowledge that grants a level. You just need glory for that. I’m sure they will sell it for other things eventually too. (I wish they sold an instant world complete too) But either way the longer the game is out the more repetitive things get and making people do the same thing over and over gets boring so they have to release ways to level quicker and such. So I don’t see this as being a problem. People will always exploit everything they can because who wants to spend 10 mins doing something that can take 1 min. Or who wants to re-fight the boss when they can pick up from where they left off. In a game that is a major time sink any quicker solution is better for me.
