This may have been posted elsewhere, I went through about 5 pages of the suggestion forums and didn’t see it, so here it is.

For those that achieve the 100% gold star/badge for world exploration, could there be a way we could turn it off? The star is really cool, but in PvP and WvWvW, that gold star bleeds through everything. You may not be able to see someone, but you can see that pretty little star coming for miles.

If we could just make it similar to the GW1 Lightbringer title where, when you wore the title, you go the LB buff, and when you didn’t, it was gone.

Same idea. I wear the Been there, Done that title, bam – star, I switch titles, it goes away.

so u r saying that with that star u found yourself being targeted more often than before?

Well it’s hard to prove I am being targeted more, I am not q.q.ing about deaths in WvW, but I just notice in WvW, when fighting other folks with the star, I tend to see them a lot faster than anyone else.
