12 dungeon tokens too many
Ehhh… I don’t get it!
Why?….
Lets say you only hate one dungeon in a region but like another one in that region. This idea lets you use tokens at Any dungeon with in the region.
This idea will alleviate some of the repetitive farming within the same dungeon.

This makes dungeon tokens within a region interchangeable. Meaning 1 dungeon currency for a region. To buy any dungeon rewards within that region with that one currency.

I would rather have them change the many paths of each dungeon into Tiers with different difficulty, and award tokens based on the difficulty tier!

That doesn’t conflict with my idea.
In my idea tokens earned in 2 different dungeons, in the same region. Can redeem the same rewards.
Take the flame and frost dungeon.
In my idea that dungeon would’ve used “Ascalon Dungeon Token”. So you can use your extra “Ascalon Dungeon Token” earned through the other dungeon in the region on flame and frost dungeon rewards.
This also gives players a incentive to replay dungeons. That they already have the rewards for. Because the tokens can be used at another dungeon in the region.
All dungeon in a region would also use the SAB model.

I don’t support this idea. This would just kill any hard dungeon’s population but everyone would be wearing the armor.

Current system is fine in my opinion.

For future dungeons, Anet would have to stick to one region.
This idea would balance the dungeon population in each dungeon. Because players no longer have to grind the same dungeon all day long.

I think I have a simple idea that simplifies the dungeon token system. I re-edit my post to make it easier to understand.
except the only region with 2 dungeons is ascalon… COF and AC. Shiverpeaks only have only have HOTW Maguuma only has TA, Steamspur only has COE and ORR only has Arah. Kryta only has CM… that’s it really.

That will change in time. Do you want the game to end with 50 dungeon tokens? This suggestion will encourage players in the future to play the dungeons they want for their reward.

If I wanted AC armor and could get it through CoF speed running, why on earth would I play AC then? It’d be nigh impossible to find AC groups for getting the Dungeon Master title, as no one would do it for the tokens.

Speedruns would need to be eliminated.
The difficulty of the path and how well it’s explored should determine the dungeon rewards.
Nice idea, won’t work. Most ppl run dungeons for tokens. When you have one region with 4 Dungeons, everyone would farm the easiest one and no one would care about the other 3.

Even if the hard one has more potential tokens as a reward?
There would be one with the best tokens/effort-quota; and this would be the one and only one.

Then if I was Anet. I would limit the number of times you could earn the full reward a day in one dungeon. Like they do with meta event rewards.
