I like to make movies, and I’d love to use GW2 to do so. But as beautiful as the game is their is one thing that keeps me from doing it… the lack of a first person camera…
I’d like to get nice dynamic shots of my friends having a conversation or doing an action that doesn’t involve having to have each of them record separately (so I’m not just standing awkwardly in the middle of the shot) using different recorders and codecs and resolutions, and then having to figure out a way to send me the file without loosing quality with compression. Then having to worry about how its all going to splice together. I’d rather just do the recording and directing myself then edit at my leisure.
Granted… the current camera has worked fine for some people using only self shots. I just think it could be allot broader with this change.
