2 Weekly content schedual problem
It is a monthly cycle. Each months story is in 2 parts similar to Dragon Bash + Sky Pirates.
Dragon Bash was an introduction to the place (equivalent: BotFW).
Sky Pirates was introduced within Dragon Bash.
Sky Pirates is now the Living Story in addition to Dragon Bash.
Unfortunately thats not what Anet themselves say. The following quote shows this in saying:
“We’re Excited to Announce: Releases Every Two Weeks!
To make the world of Tyria feel alive, first and foremost it needs to frequently update and change. We’re excited to announce we have adopted a two-week major release cadence going forward for Guild Wars 2."
and this is from this post on their website https://www.guildwars2.com/en-gb/news/living-world-in-guild-wars-2/

Did you listen to the video that described the new system? They have 4 groups working on Living Story (each group has their own Living Story).
Each group will release their content over the course of a month, with content being released every 2 weeks.
This way, you will get fresh content every other week and it will have time to be bug-fixed and tested and polished.
And yet the cutscene in the latest patch still looked terrible. And the amount of bugs reported in the new content is rather high. So I wouldn’t call it polished at all. That’s fine, my opinion is mine.
My main point was that people wont have time to do it all, especially if its like 48 achievements a month. On top of any others people might be doing. Or any other new ones Anet add in as well.
Also something that occured to me after my first post is that the teams will burn through ideas way to fast. Also and this wont seem the case at first but it will happen, players will burn out on content. Might take 6 months, might take a year but people WILL find they can’t keep up playing new content constantly every 2 weeks.
I didn’t need to watch the video the text said what was needed to be known. I did also read about the 4 groups but im not sure where I read that bit. To make you happy I’m watching the video now.
Ok I’ve watched it and it concerns me even more. 6 months tops now people will burn out with too much content and Anet will have less fresh ideas.
i agree with op, it is stressing.
i would like a slower pace instead of this short, and by lower pace i don’t mean make achievement long to finish, but simply give me more time to make shorter achievement to finish or else i’m doing only that and forgetting all the rest of the game
edit: shorter or like they are now that is not that unreasonable

You are not obligated to complete every single living story achievement. If you feel like you are rushing or cramming to complete it all just slooooooow down and enjoy what you can while it’s here.

I completed all of BotFW on the first day and regret it completely. Although now I have time to do other things, such as run my daily arah and just enjoy myself out of the LS (while returning to the Bazaar for massive dashes!)
But But But I can’t I am a completionist.
I have a OCD issue where I must finish things. And it annoys me badly when I dont finish things. And I cant walk away cause I have to finish things. I have missed a few things through being away and it makes me very sad and stressed
