1. The ability to see your own name. It is such a simple thing, but I always feel better being able to see my own name, and right now the only way to do it is to be a mesmer, or have a friend set a target over your head, both of which are temporary. This is such a simple thing, it wouldn’t be that hard to toss an option into the game to see your own name.

2. The ability to change the color of text. /me being grey just doesn’t cut it for me. I really hate it, but there is no way for me to change it, to my knowledge.

3. The ability to inspect people and see what gear they are using. Sometimes I see people with a really awesome weapon, or armor, or see they are doing really well, and I want to see what gear they are using. It would be childs play for the game devs to add this option in.

That’s all that comes to mind at the moment, but I’m sure I’ll think of more.

3. Whats wrong with whispering the person and asking them? Sorry but the ability to inspect is not needed or wanted in this game. Adding it will just increase the elitist attitude, “lemme inspect you to see if you are good enough for this”

The problem with number 3 is it engourages ‘gear exclusion.’ For example "You’re not running with us because you don’t have the best possible armour’
Howver if they could make an inspect function that just showed the skins that character was wearing I’d be 100% down for that.

About 3, when I mixed the med Whispers hood and CoF chest I couldn’t stand anywhere without people whispering me about it, now adays it’s everywhere -_-

And more important than the name is the general title that should be on the plate, not on click only.

If ANet listened to their playerbase, the thief class would be reduced to a punching bag, we’d have flying mounts all over the place with nowhere to go, MF would be banned, raids would break out all over Tyria for the five hardcore players who want to gank anything and everything, gear progression and non-stop duel spam cluttering up the forums and the game.
