So I was thinking after playing a mission which had me drinking a pirate under the table while I’m undercover on a story mission… kitten why can’t I visit a tavern and do this with another player?
Just one of many things I think you guys could do which offers players MORE to do than DE’s, personal story missions and exploration (which I love btw).
So I’d love to see more ‘community’/‘rp’ related content make its way into the game.
-DRUNKEN Bar Brawls: The skills could all be question marks and you’re never quite sure what you’re doing
-DRAGONBREATH KEG: Take a drink and you’re teleported to a random location in the world (Lord of the Rings did something like this – hilarious)
-Drinking Contests and other friendly contests
-‘Spawn’ emotes such as /campfire where your character actually sets up a campfire in front of them – just for the sake of sitting around a campfire at night with fellow adventurers. Perhaps doing so for 5 minutes would offer a buff, even?
-Town Clothing Shop: Offer WAY more options for town clothing than currently available. Right now, the ‘Town Clothing’ option is pretty much never used… by anyone it seems.
-Player Homes: This is a big one for sure, but people LOVE decorating their own home with their achievements, furniture, etc. and then having others over to show off your home, especially if there’s interactive stuff you can buy for that home such as gaming tables, hiring a band, etc.
-Guild Homes: See above
-Interactions with furniture… I’m a little sad that I can’t sit at a table with friends and share an ale.
I guess my point is, all the content in the game is wonderful but some players definitely want to do more than hop on for a while just to run some missions. Some players actually want to more or less move in and live in Tyria
