Currently I’m trying to transfer to a full server where my friends are at and so far witting around at off peak hours to do just that has yet to show anything for it. So as a suggestion could arena net add something like a queue for transferring to servers that are currently full. For an example say when trying to transfer to a full server the game would say to you it would take a three to seven days to complete the transfer and during such time you would not be able to play. So in the mean time I’ll keep trying to wait for that server to move down from full, thank you for your time.

I still think it’s a bug that you can transfer to full servers late at night. It just makes no sense if the server occupancy rate would be based on the number of accounts currently logged in and not on the total number of active accounts on the server.

Well its based on currently logged in accounts, there is no other way to check activity really because there is no sub fee or active/inactive accounts.
