I know alot of you have dyes where you want to transfer to another character. And it has been made clear that Anet will NOT make dyes account bound. Well what happens if you want to delete a character and make another but the character has so much good dyes on it (my example is i want to delete my thief but he has celestial and black dye on there). My suggestion is why not make a Gem Store item which works like the transmutation crystal? Make a vial which allows you to take the dye from one character and remove it from that character and you can transfer it to another and use it on the other character.

This is just a little suggestion, feel free to discuss and post your ideas

First off all it is against the rules off this forum to bump threads. So don’t do it

The same reasons as for why dyes will not turn account bound apply. It is designed as a moneysink.
Keep in mind in GW1 dyes where one use only. You dyed your clothes e.g. black. If it was pinkday in LA you either had to get new armor or dye your armor pink (loosing the black) and afterwards buying new black dye.

So the GW2 system is a huge improvement. deleting a character should always be done after you made very good considerations. I have one character I would love to reroll. But it has my (now level 470) weaponsmith on it as well as many recipes. This too can’t be transferred. So I think I get a name contract and a make over kit soon.
