Content designers are also not the same people who fix the bugs, meaning waiting for the bugs to be fixed would also result in the content development team just doing nothing.
Bugs in things such as events are caused by problems in the tools created for the content development team by programmers, meaning it’d be them programmers that will be able to resolve the problem, and not the content team itself.

Also, it’s not like bug fix teams are the same people who designed their group of content. So, someone designing a certain heart quest is not hte same person who programs it, so when you request that the person who designs things to not do so. It actually will not help your bugs get fixed any quicker as the people who have to fix bugs are the programmers. And, every week they are fixing bugs. It’s just that new ones get in there too.
The main thing to do is be sure that everytime in game you’re experiencing a bug; submit a bug report while it’s happening; this way your bug report includes a screenshot of what’s happening.
if you don’t know how to submit a bug report in game, you click on teh wheel/gear icon in the very upper left hand corner. open your menu and go to support. there’ll be a button that says bug report. every bug report automatically attaches a screenshot. so try to make sure you’re submitting it while you’re experiencing your problems. That will help the team of bug fixers to identify where your issue is stemming from and how to fix it.
how can they fix some things if they don’t know what people are doing before they bugged out.
