Guild Wars 2

Hello,

it would be really cool if skins (weapon, armor, etc.) would be unlockable and then withdrawn as many times as one wishes to.
It would be similar to Festival Hat Maker in the original Guild Wars (http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Festival_hat_maker).
There is already a similar system in gw2 with the achievement chests and skins which can be withdrawn from the achievement panel. Unlocks should be account-wide, of course, just like the achievement skins.
