Is there any way possible to make the Arah Dungeons Light Armour set look dark when Abyss Dye is on it? It looks grey and it frankly detracts from the whole “dark and spooky Necro” feel I’m going for, as it is Midnight Ice makes it look blue and when applied to the shoulders look terrible, and Midnight Fire makes the whole set look brown

Thanks!

There are quite a few pieces that work like that. Sections of armor don’t just have a texture but an alpha level as well. Those with a bright alpha come out looking light no matter what you try to do with them. My Beetletun Coat is the same way. I wasted gold on Black, before dye preview, only to find out that the coat was incapable of becoming black.

It especially aggravating when you use two different pieces with the same color only to have two different colors displayed. Then you have to try and find a lighter or darker color that appears to be the same shade on the other piece.

Conclusion? Always preview armors with the dye you plan on using sucks that it didn’t end up looking the way you wanted it to though.
