Would really like to be able to use dye I’ve unlocked while previewing armor. The way it works now you either see the default color scheme (which I actually don’t understand, since it’s going to adopt the scheme from what you’re currently wearing anyway), or it displays it using the color scheme currently in use (which makes somewhat mroe sense and seems like it would be fine, but with the way dye zones break down differently sets from set to set some times a certain scheme works well on one but looks terribad on another, and consequently can make a good armor appear unappealing)
And currently the only way to preview dye changes is to drag a bottle of the color you want to test into the preview window…..
Really?
facepalm
This is silly, I’ve unlocked a bunch of dye, I shouldn’t have to buy another bottle of the same color or try to find someone who has it and will link it in chat just to preview that color on something in the preview window. It’s horribly cumbersome.
It would be so much simpler to just have the eye dropper at the top like in the hero pane (simpler to use, not necessarily simpler to program I’ll admit), and given how much I preview armor (to remind myself what I’m working towards) being able to easily play with color schemes would save sooo much time and effort, and make me that much more excited to reach my goal and get the armor!

I agree with you completely. I’ve wished many times that this could be possible.
