I think armor dyes should be able to be accessed on all characters when consumed on one. It just seems annoying to have certain dyes on some characters and different ones on another, especially when you wish to use an expensive dye you’ve already purchased.

Account bound is always better than soulbound especially when you have to spend gold :P

+1 for that. The day that Anet actually addresses this issue is the day that hell will freeze over.

It’s a gold sink, and it keeps the dye drops relevant for as long as people create new characters, or hunt for a certain dye for their characters new or old.

Having said that, +1 to OP.

Won’t happen because the value of dye would plummet and everyone would have all the good ones. Dye would no longer be rare or special.
