Currently in the options there is a way to adjust the horizontal character postion, however for certain races a vertical slider is really needed (infact i’d say it would help all races). At the moment the postion of the character is IMO far to close to the center of the screen and this means that for the most part we see far to much of the ground and not enough of the sky area (a big issue when fighting bigger enemies/bosses).

Due to this i suggest for a slider for the vertical postion to match the slider for the horizontal postion, this could allow a +/- 1or2 inch postion change which would be a big help (certainly on asura at least).

Please forgive the way the pics have been made (i simply streched the sky box area to make a clean image)) – but it does give an idea of how it could help things. On the fully zoomed out pic for example you can see at least an extra inch of the sky area while you can see more than enough of the ground area (same for the zoomed in one really).

So Anet, seeing as your currently working on the FoV, could you perhaps also add in this feature aswell.

Made new images showing the change better, the old images had a big line across each skybox which made it look kinda weird.

The new images have the sky box area stretched instead so it looks a lot nicer, and it’s easier to see the difference in the viewing area.
